Construction Vibration Motors
Kem-P PSV Series Precast Formwork Vibration Motors are developed for precast concrete and concrete formwork applications requiring high compaction performance. They are designed to support efficient and uniform concrete compaction in structural elements used in road, tunnel, and bridge projects, as well as in various precast construction applications.
The PSV Series vibration motors feature GGG40 ductile cast iron housings. The rotor, shaft, and eccentric weight assembly, isolated from the external environment by O-ring seals on the weight guard, bearing, and terminal box covers, is designed to operate reliably under demanding industrial conditions. The series offers a durable solution for precast concrete production facilities and construction applications requiring high vibration performance.
Designed for controlled vibration applied externally to formwork, the PSV Series supports the placement and compaction of concrete within molds. With its durable housing, protected electrical components, and practical mounting design, it provides an industrial vibration solution for precast and prefabricated concrete production processes.
