Pneumatic Concrete Formwork Vibrators
Kem-P KVM-HV Series Pneumatic Concrete Formwork Vibrators are developed to generate controlled vibration in concrete formwork, helping to ensure uniform distribution and compaction of concrete within the mold. Operating with compressed air, these pneumatic vibrators offer a practical solution for industrial applications that require vibration without an electrical power supply.
The KVM-HV Series is designed for use in concrete formwork, column and beam production, and precast concrete manufacturing lines. Its circular vibration characteristics help support uniform concrete distribution within the mold. By reducing air voids during vibration, the system contributes to improved concrete compaction and a more consistent surface finish.
With an operating speed range of 0–17,000 rpm, the KVM-HV Series provides a compact pneumatic solution for industrial applications requiring high-speed circular vibration. Its durable housing and mounting structure make it suitable for demanding operating environments, including concrete compaction, mold vibration, and material flow applications.
