Pneumatic Vibration Motors

Kem-P KVM-PV Series Pneumatic Vibration Motors are designed to generate controlled vibration in industrial applications where compressed air is available and the use of electric motors is not preferred. Operating at an air pressure of 4–8 bar, these motors provide a speed range of 4,000–9,000 rpm and centrifugal force ranging from 69 to 161 kgf.

The KVM-PV Series offers a compact solution for vibrating tables, vibrating extractors, and silo discharge equipment, where vibration is required to support material flow. Its pneumatic operating principle makes it suitable for machinery and processes equipped with a compressed air supply. Designed for industrial operating conditions, the KVM-PV Series features an IP65 protection rating. The appropriate model can be selected according to the application’s air pressure, operating speed, and centrifugal force requirements.
