Flange-Mounted Vibration Motors
KEM-P KVM-FT Series Flange-Mounted Vibration Motors are developed to generate controlled vibration in industrial screening and vibrating systems. The series features a flange-mounted design suited to the vibration requirements of screening equipment used in drying, washing, polishing, and glazing processes.
The KVM-FT Series is available with standard 220–230 V and 380–400 V power supply options at 50 Hz and can also be manufactured with different speed, voltage, and frequency configurations. The centrifugal force can be adjusted incrementally from 0% to 100%, allowing the vibration force to be adapted to the requirements of each application.
The KVM-FT Series is designed for industrial operating conditions, featuring IP66 protection, low-loss silicon steel magnetic laminations, and high-load-capacity NJ series cylindrical roller bearings. Depending on the application, motor housings are manufactured from die-cast aluminum or GGG40 ductile cast iron.
