Single-Phase Vibration Motors

Kem-P KVM-M Series Single-Phase Vibration Motors are developed to generate controlled vibration in industrial machinery and processes powered by a single-phase electrical supply. Available in 2- and 4-pole configurations with operating speeds of 3,000 and 1,500 rpm at 50 Hz, the series offers centrifugal force options ranging from 28 to 680 kgf.

The KVM-M Series Single-Phase Vibration Motors can be used in various industrial applications, including vibrating screens, feeders, conveyors, silos, and hoppers, where compaction systems and material flow require vibration. Their compact single-phase motor design provides a practical solution for machinery that requires operation with a single-phase power supply.

Designed for industrial operating conditions, the series features IP66 protection, Class H insulation, reinforced mounting feet, and high-quality bearings. Depending on the application, optional PTC temperature sensors, stainless steel terminal box covers, and special surface finishes are available.
