Variable-Frequency Vibration Motors
Kem-P KVM-P Series Briquette Machine Vibration Motors are developed for high-frequency vibration applications requiring concrete compaction in concrete briquette and block production machines. With a variable frequency range of 0–100 Hz and operating speeds of 0–6,000 rpm, the series enables controlled vibration characteristics throughout the production process.
The KVM-P Series is used in vibration applications designed to achieve effective compaction and a uniform structure within concrete molds. Thanks to its high-frequency operating characteristics, the series provides an industrial motor solution for the vibration systems of briquette and concrete block production machines.
Developed for demanding construction site and production conditions, the series features IP66 protection, multiple voltage options, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +40°C. With three-phase supply options of 42 V, 180/230 V, and 380/405 V, the series can be adapted to different machinery and electrical infrastructures.
