Flange-Mounted Vibration Motors

Kem-P KVM-FU Series Flange-Mounted Vibration Motors are developed for industrial applications requiring the transmission of vibration force directly to machinery or equipment through a flange connection. Available in 2-, 4-, and 6-pole configurations with operating speeds of 3,000, 1,500, and 1,000 rpm, the series offers centrifugal force options ranging from 175 to 9,000 kgf.

The KVM-FU Series can be used in vibrating screens, conveyors, and similar machinery for drying, washing, polishing, and glazing processes. Its flange-mounted design allows the vibration motor to be integrated into the machine structure to suit the specific installation requirements.

Designed for industrial operating conditions, the series features a motor power range of 0.22–11.00 kW, IP66 protection, Class H insulation, and high-quality bearings. Different voltage options and an optional PTC temperature sensor are available to meet specific electrical and operating requirements.
