Construction Vibration Motors
Kem-P KVM-PA Series Construction Vibration Motors are high-frequency vibration motors specifically developed for concrete compaction applications. They are designed to generate controlled vibration in tunnel formwork, column and beam structures, concrete pipes, prestressed concrete molds, vibrating tables, and densely reinforced formwork.
The KVM-PA Series features a design suitable for operation at different frequencies, allowing the vibration system to be adapted to the operating frequency and application requirements. The adjustable centrifugal force enables the vibration force to be optimized according to the concrete type and compaction process. Designed for precast concrete production and construction applications, the series offers 50 Hz and 200 Hz operating options, multiple supply voltages, and a quick-mounting connection system. Its specially designed mounting components facilitate motor installation and removal from the formwork.
