DC Vibration Motors
Kem-P KVM-DC Series DC Vibration Motors are designed to generate controlled vibration in mobile industrial applications powered by batteries or DC power sources. With 12 V and 24 V DC supply options, the series offers operating speeds of 1,500–3,000 rpm and centrifugal force options ranging from 97 to 221 kgf.
The KVM-DC Series can be used in DC-powered machinery, including concrete pumps, concrete mixers, vehicle-mounted hoppers, and material flow applications. Its vibration characteristics help support the controlled discharge of materials from hoppers and contribute to reducing material accumulation and blockages.
Designed with a compact motor structure and various operating speed options, the KVM-DC Series provides a practical vibration solution for mobile equipment. With 180 W motor power and 12/24 V DC supply options, different models can be selected according to the application’s power requirements and operating conditions.
