Vibration Motor Frequency Converters

Kem-P FK-M Series Vibration Motor Frequency Converters are power and control systems developed specifically for the controlled and safe operation of high-frequency vibration motors. With an operating frequency range of 0–200 Hz, they allow the frequency to be adjusted according to application requirements and support the supply of multiple vibrators from a centralized system.

The FK-M Series can be configured as mobile or stationary systems for precast concrete production facilities, construction sites, and applications requiring the simultaneous operation of multiple high-frequency vibrators. Mobile control panels can supply 4 to 12 vibrators simultaneously, while connection and output configurations in stationary systems can be customized to meet application requirements. Vibrators can be operated individually, in groups, or simultaneously.
Designed for industrial operating conditions, the FK-M Series offers protection against overload, short circuits, overheating, and voltage fluctuations. The IP55-rated control cabinet helps protect electrical equipment in various working environments, while mobile versions allow the system to be easily moved to the required location in production facilities and construction sites.
