The message of the president

Dear Partners, Esteemed Friends and Dear Employees;

As Kem-P Vibration Motors, we have left 30 years behind. Honesty, reliability and hard work have been the most important values that have brought us to today’s presence. Today, as Turkey's global vibration motor manufacturer, we continue to produce, develop, grow and make a difference under the guidance of these values.

We have been struggling with an extraordinary pandemic for about 1.5 years, which affects everyone and when it ends is not yet known. Our priority has been the health of our employees, partners and the continuity of the service we provide to our customers within this period. We determined our strategy with strict measures and well-organization and we did not face disruption during this unprecedented difficult period. The determination and self-sacrifice of our employees have played a big role in this achievement.

Despite the pandemic, we did not hesitate to invest. We achieved 18 percent growth in 2021 by making the right investment decisions in the right place. We think that the logistics and raw material problems in exports will be solved in the next year along with the spread of vaccination and all industrialists will experience a golden year.

As regards the goals of KEM-P Vibration Motors… We will strengthen our leadership by maximizing product quality and customer satisfaction. Increasing growth figures in foreign markets every year, encourage us to this goal. We will maintain our growth with our innovative product range and new markets by reinforcing our strength in production and sales in the upcoming period, just like the last 30 years. We will give importance to our endeavor by closely following technological developments with an employee-oriented, agile and flexible management approach.

I would like to thank and pay respects to all of our partners, our employees, and my family, who have always been by my side with their support.
